LAPD Chief Beck Decision on Undocumented Drivers in Los Angeles

The Nonprofit Network agrees with the decision of Chief Beck not to impound the cars of the undocumented.   Perhaps the LAPD should refund the money of those persons they unfairly impounded within the last year.   That would show remorese.
